What is a Certified Health Coach?
Tricia graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in 2006, where she studied traditional diets and motivational interviewing. Certification is provided by the National Institute of Drugless Practitioners.
What is a Registered Yoga Teacher?
The designation of E-RYT 200 means that Tricia completed her yoga teacher training at a school that is registered with Yoga Alliance, a nationally recognized organization. She completed 200 hours of training at Yoga District here in Washington, DC. The “E” stands for Experienced, as Tricia has taught over 1,000 hours of classes and workshops.
