A friend of mine owns a Soda Stream and drinks a lot of carbonated water. I’ve been curious about ingesting large amount of carbonated water — does it have negative health effects? Luckily, someone has done my work for me. (I love that.)
Carbonated water can be a GREAT alternative for you soda/ pop/ soft drink addicts who want to transition to healthier choices. [News Flash: there is no love for you in a can of soda!!] Add a dash of juice or juice concentrate for a sweet flavor. Yum.
